We require a 48 hour notice for cancelation. Any appointments cancelled after the 48 hr. window will be subject to a 50% charge of original price of service. Any appointments cancelled 24hrs prior to appointment will be charged 65% charge of originally priced service. If you are 20 mins late you run the risk of getting your appointment rescheduled or part of your service will be shortened as we do dedicate our time specifically for you and would not want to risk being late for our next guest, if our stylist decides its best to reschedule a 40% fee off original service will be charged and considered a late cancelation.
